So = Area (Cross Sectional) of Conduit (ft2),
h = Height / Depth ( ft ),
i = Distance Between Tanks (ft),
ωn = Angular Natural Frequency ( rad/sec or Hz)

1 rad/sec = 1/( 2π ) Hz
