I have seen this callout on many drawings and it has always struck me as being odd. Its a true position callout with only ONE datum reference that refers to a 3 hole pattern. The 3 hole pattern itself is the B datum. |O|Ø0.5(M)|A| 3 holeswhere O is true position symbol and A is the datum plane. Is this callout missing something, or is it trying to convey something OTHER then a true position.Is this just a mistake on the designers part?Please help.
