I HAVE A QUESTION. SOME TIMES PIPE FLANGES ARE REFERRED TO IN THE FOLLOWING TERM i.e. 400LB FLANGE. 300LB FLANGE, ETC. WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE TERM Xlb FLANGE.
