Edit
Galanization is a heat hot dip process of zink coating. There are varations, but the key process physics is heat.I would not recommend using these products for a heated application. They are mainly used as a fairly inexpensive way to lengthen the weathering damage to mild metals. IE: towers, ducts, dampers, cold water containers, feed containers, salt water gates, wind mills.Food products SHOULD when possible be cooked in stainless steel, glass, procelain, or other low oxidation property materials with low likely hood of heavy metals leaching out into the food. Many places REQUIRE stainless to be used.
