I am shazzad from Dhaka Bangladesh.i have a powder coatings color factory.but from last couple of days i am facing some problems and i could not solve it till now.So please is there anyone who can help me to solv the problems

Problems :---

1. quality is not so satisfactory.coze after two or three month it becomes rush again from inside the coatings.and then its look like redish but not all the porshon.

2.genarely i used structure colors but after curing i found uneven structure.somewhere its so large and somewhere so small
i use powder thiknes more than 80-90 mic but ultimately result comes same as b4.

3. coatings longibity is less than expectation that means not more than 18 to 24 months.

So someone please help me to solve above problems.
