Can someone tell me what is the yield strength of 1045 Steel?
It is used to make a shaft of diameter 3.25" to 7.75"

Does not include AISI 1045, however does have 1040 and 1050

Diameter 1/2" to 15/16" Yield strength (PSI) approx. 75,000 min

1" to 4" Yield strength (PSI) approx. 100,000 min

4 - 1/4" to 6" Yield strength (PSI) 50,000 min

Yield strength ( PSI ) approx. 75,000 min 100,000 min 50,000
