I'm building some shelves that need to hold up to 200 lbs spread evenly across a 7ft shelf that's 20 inches deep.

I'd like to use 3/4" angle iron on the 7ft span at the front & back of the shelf, with angle iron welded at each end to a 3/4" vertical square tubing(the legs). Then place 3/4" plywood into place as the shelf.

Will 2 lengths of 3/4" angle iron at 7ft in length hold up 200 Lbs without bending/sagging?
If it is enough - what would the approximate max weight on the middle of the shelf be?
If not how big do I have to go to get the strength I need?
