Here is the question G IS MODULUS OF RIDIGITY in pascals

Find the maxiumum torsional shear stress in a 75 mm diameter shaft transmitting 40 kw power at 1.33 r/s if the max twisting moment exceeds the min by 40 per cent what is the greatest twist in degrees per meter length if G = 87Gpa?

Just want to know how to approach this not the answer but using the information how can work out this question
