Hi,

Can you please advise what type of plastic is recommended to use for HVAC unit casing/enclosure.
Plastic type will be exposed to temp. from -40deg.F to 211deg.F and grease (located in engine compartment).

Many choices are available. You may use PBT like Arnite* made by DSM which is a high-performance engineering plastic that combine high strength and rigidity. .
