Hello, I need an urgent help on the drawing.

What does dimension RBC 1-5/8" on the drawing? What is RBC?

TAP #10-24 NC 1/8" DEEP---What does "NC" mean?

Hope somebody can answer my questions today, thanks much!!!

'NC' means National Coarse, and relates to the coarsness of the thread

generally, national coarse is refered to as UNC, U meaning Unified, as in British & Canadian Standards for bolts & screws.

Some draftsmen use short cuts & abv's designed for their own
companys use, & they can be difficult for others to read.

kind of like my spelling------

Here is my Shot at it:
NC, Means "Numerical Control" ie, The #10 tap is to be Numerically controled to 1/8" deep.

RBC, Raidus of Bolt Circle.

Hope this helps.

P.S. You can find a welth of info. in the "Machinery's Hand Book" regarding this and other data.
