Looking for a drawing for plastic threads such as the ones you find on water bottles and plastic coke bottles. I can mic it out but I would rather find a drawing for a proven design with tolerances etc.

How will you know that a existing drawing works well? You could be just reproducing a bad design...
I would measure out a design, assign tolerances based on the manufacturing process employed to produce the threads. Evaluate the fit at worst case material conditions.
Submit the design for review and quote to several qualified manufacturer. Thier feed back should guide you.
