Tube burst pressure

What equations can be used for calculating the burst pressure of plastic tubing? I have come across Tresca, Von Mises, Barlow and a few others. Is there one better than another? Any answers or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I would look in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
