Can someone help me out to find where can i get PS 528 (Surface std) and PS 599 (Cleanliness std) standards for a sand casting.

Is this a industry standard or a specific internal company standard? You might contact who ever issued/created the drawing and ask them where you can get it. If this is a industry standard, then you should be able to purchase from the issuing standard organization. If this is a standard internal to a specific company, then they should have supplied you with a copy with what ever document you are reffering to. In general, it is a bad ideal to specify a non-industry standard requirement for outsourced manufacturing. - Don't say to anyone like that though...
