am presenting designing a red roselle clyxe juice extracting plant which consist of a boiling pan, homogenizer, heat exchanger and a chilling unit. butb am faced with the problem of designig the thermostat in the extracting unit which is to hold the heating temperation at 75 degrees for 30 min. how do i go about tyhis?
