If you mean to make a hose like you use at garden, it is made by a process named EXTRUSION , the raw material is heated to be soft and it is pushed by a screw to pass trough a crown like hole, or a hole with a core Then it is cooled by air or water and then rolled on a reel. That's the basic , by the same method are made the plastic bags.
