How to know choking of water pipe to need replacement

I should be grateful if you help me ...How to be sure if there is
choking of the water pipe transfering water from a pump up to a water container on the roof of a 15 floor building.Many thanks.

Before doing any substantial work you might first want to trace the system making sure any/all valves are correct direction of opening and are fully open, and are not inadvertently left in a closed or heavily throttled position. Assuming any/all valves are found and open, could proceed to recommended tests -- if it can readily be done, you might also temporarily remove some pieces of pipe and take a look at them.

A chocking shall biuld up a pressure drop , so you can measure the total pressure , and get 2 presure you can calc.
First: GEOMETRIC PRESSURE as the heigt from the out port of the pump to the upper most poit of the pipe.
Second : pressure drop by the pipe lenght , pipe diameter, and differents fittings.
And third the pressure drop originated by the chocking.
Is there is no chocking the presure measured at the pump out port shal be similar to the sum of the 2 presurres staed in the first and second conditions.
If there is a sutsnacial diferrence , it is due to the choking.
