Is anyone familiar with shot blast machines? We have a safety issue with the shot blast machines here at my plant and no one really knows how to fix the problem. When the machines were new, we didn't have any problems with shotballs and shot dust escaping from the machine but now it's causing a slip hazard and shot dust is everywhere. Please can anyone help?

Ok, it has been a while. Does your shot medium need replaced? It seems I remember this as a cause for the problem you are experiencing... but it has been many years.
That is my best input...
Good luck..

And don't forget to throughly clean out the machine before adding fresh shot medium.. it is the fine medium and product bur dust that really needs removed.
