Any bright ideas about improving the radiator cooling system efficiency of engines rated at 10MW (HT LT system combined).

In other words we here suffer a lot of problems during summers our radiator cooling system cools the JW as much as they can but due to there liitations the engine temperature starts to go up and the engines start de-rating I need to improve the efficiency.

The radiators are fan cooled and the motors are dual speed they change there speed wrt to temperature of JW.The radiators are two sets stacked in such a way that LT side is lower one and the HT side is upper one and the fans sucks the air first from the LT side and then that sir passes through the HT side and then to atmosphere.

Can we increase the pitch to increase the cooling effect
Can we increase the RPM of the fan changing the size of pulleys?

You should be cooling the HT side first and then the LT side, That is the most efficient way.

Also, yes increasing the pitch and yes increasing RPM but you will have to go with a bigger fan motor.

Did you try blowing air over the radiator (if it is accessable)

See that the radiators are clean.
See that they have not been painted.
See that all the cores are allowing coolant to flow freely.
See that the engines and radiators are clean internally.
See that the engine coolant suction side hoses are not sucking shut.
See that coolant is flowing at the proper rate.
See that the engines are running effeciently and not over loaded.
See that the engines are not so worn that they must work beyond a normal duty cycle of effort to carry the required load.
See that the dewelling the engines are running in, and drawing air from, are properly ventilated to remove maxinum possible environmental BTUs.

To remove more BTU you must:
-Move more air
-Move cooler air
-Have more radiator cores
-Add cooling fins to any available coolant transfer hoses and piping.
-Run the engine at a lighter load
-etc

From the description it sounds like the radiators are in close proximity. Get them away from each other to avoid radiative heat tranfer from the HT to LT, and provide them with separate airflows.

That's all I have to contribute on this one.
