I have to bond acrylic to black powder coated sheet metal.
The enclosure will work in a high level of humidity environment, temperature between -30C (winter) to +30C (summer).
What type of adhesive/sealant and primer (if required) you would recommend for this application.
Thanks.

Both loctite and araldite have several bonding agents with separate catalists available. However if you have to rely on the acrylic to be clear you may find over time some milky haze appears in the acrylic.

Thanks for the infos.
I'm more concerned about the compatibility with the powder coated surface (Black powder coating Part # : PT0420, Name: P-BK0432 -S5 Vulcan Black II, Type: Polyester/TGIC, manufactured in Korea by Powchem Co. Ltd.).
