i would like to know; how to calculate diameter of ball bearing steel [SAE-5200] ring having 200 mm o.d. x 170 mm i.d. x 60 mm. long, after dipping the ring in closed chamber of dry ice for proper duration of time. (& how to calculate proper duration; considering volume of the object to be contracted)

assumption Room Temp = 28 degrees C.
