I am working on wartsila SW 18V38 11MW engine running on HFO we are facing a problem of exhaust valve burning continuously we are using fuel washing unit but still the problem persists can anybody guide me how to systematically check the reason why does it occurs or any other parameters that should I look into for the causes even the OEM cant give us any correct reasons as to why this is taking place.
