Relation between Design Stress, Pressure, and Temperature Question

Hi all,

I need to calculate Pressure at room tempaerature. I know the pressure at some elevated temperature (say, 40bar@250°C). How i can do that?

Is there any formula relating between Design Stress, Pressure and Temperature.

Can any help me plz.

use the gas equation...

PV = mRT

But i'm using liquid media. Is this equation can be adopted to liquid media. If so how can i get the contant values for 'm' and 'R'.
