how does one determie the actuator required for a given valve?

i have a 3" keystone butterfly valve and a 4" keystone butterfly valve. i would like to get pneumatic actuators on them, but how do i determine the right actuator? i know i want spring return.
i appreciate any input given, and thank all in advance for their help.

Shawn.
