Pilot Injection changing on oits own Question

The pilot injection litre/hour keep on changing in our dual fuel diesel and natural gas changes on its own why is that?.The pilot is diesel fuel and the natural gas is the secondary fuel all the fuel racks and governor setting are same nothing changes but the consumption changes mostly going down and as a result the gas consumption is increasing why is that also.
