i'm doing a project on a medical device which is dealing with tweezer electrode(used for electroporation). i have to choose an appropriate cooling system to control the heat transferred to the cells during electroporatio. i proposed heat pump as a solution.

post me some relevant information to choose an appropriate cooling system for my project.
