My name is Rick Cline.  My telephone number is (email for number).  I'm paralyzed below my shoulders.

I'm attempting to assemble a voice controlled, wheelchair mounted, photography system.  My goal is to be able to shoot video and photos, and maybe... also create an income source for myself.   Please help me with this project; it may also enable a thousand other disabled folks to enjoy photography.

The project will likely require these subsystems.

1.  Attachable camera support for electric wheelchair.

2.  An independent viewing screen that would include a mounting bracket and connection between screen and camera.

3.  A remote-controlled camera movement system...  probably using an existing remote-controlled tripod head, (for pan and tilt), and possibly a telescoping air cylinder for up-and-down movement.

I already have a few of the basic components usable in this project:

A.  Programmable voice-recognition unit that sends infrared and x-10 signals.  (Sicare Pilot)

B.  Remote-controllable JVC digital video camera, (receives infrared signals)

C. My electric wheelchair is equipped with 12 volt batteries and a chin-controlled joystick switch.

Your ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
