Where can I find the best and the most accurate temperature gauges both electrical and mechanical. Is there any way of remote temperature sensing like I install a sensor on the intake manifold and I receive the reading at my control room some distance away.Is that possible.

May you send gauge readings to remote locations??? Absolutely!
Climb aboard the web and search for instrument companies, there are plenty to pick from. -randy- The worst suggestion of you lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them.
