max pressure for a elliptical tube Smile

For a round pipe or tube:
if
t = minimun requiered thickness of shell
P = design pressure
R = inside radius
S = maximun allowable stress value
for a seamless tube,   no corrosion allowance
the  max allowable pressure is
P = t * S / R
But what if the pipe or tube is not
cylindrical, and its shape is ellipticall.
with a d/D ratio 1/2
How it will be the P formula?
