I would like to Design a pipe Clamp for 17"OD FRP Piping carrying sea water.

The Force Transmitted through the Clamp to the Ground is estimated as 300 Newtons.

What should be the Pipe Clamp Bearing/Holding Pressure so as the FRP piping

not to be excessively tightened by the clamp and also transmits the Above Force.

Finally Dimensions of the Clamp  to be computed?
