I am having a difficult time locating a formula for natural heat rejection of an aluminum enclosure based on area. The cabinet is 1/8" thick, 35W x 48T x 12D. The delta T inside/out of the cabinet is 10 degrees C. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You could estimate the natural convection heat transfer coefficient between the air inside and the cabinet wall and then the coefficient between the cabinet wall and the outside air.  Use that to come up with an overall heat transfer coefficient between the inside air and the outside air.  Multiply by the area and the temperature difference and viola ... the heat rejection.  You can probably ignore the heat transfer characteristics of the aluminum since it probably conducts very well.
