hand drawn technical drawings / blueprints

I am desperately trying to find some classic technical drawings / blueprints which show the skills of the pre CAD draughtsmen/women. I want to re-create the style as a theme for literature and technical data sheets ie to have as a background showing how a product / products are invented / built up from raw conceptual engineering concepts and drawings / sketches. I have tried everywhere on the web but have failed dismally. It seems I am a total IT incompetent.

Any help greatly appreciated

Do not despair! I still have mt WWII vintage drafting table and use it constantly. I can provide you with prints of stuff drawn with it.

Sometimes I combine technologies, with hand-drawn major features supplemented by CAD details. This is particularly useful for repetitive details.
