I need to size a drive for a mixer and don't know where to start.  Any help is very much appreciated.  The vertical beater for this mixer is stationary and coaxial with the bowl.  The bowl and up to 600lbs of high viscosity fliud rotate about the beater in about a 30psi vaccum.  This bowl is 27in in diameter and 30in tall.  As I said before, any help is very much appreciated.
