I would like to have the HVAC unit tied to the Burglar Alarm. When the alarm is activated the system is shut down, when deactivated, then the HVAC units work normally. I also would like to have the HVAC tied to a high/low temperture sensor where it the temp got too low in the store at night (when the alarm deactivated the HVAC) the heat comes on and if the temp in the store at night got too high the HVAC kicks in.
How can I handle this?

I do know that your HVAC thermostat has a 24 VAC power supply that control relays within the unit.  You might be able to power a relay with the security that will control HVAC 24 VAC transformer.  By controlling the 24 VAC transformer with the alarm system you will control the HVAC power on or off.  Look around for the HVAC transformer.
