Edit
Hey Domenick,First issues to address. How heavy, or in other words, how much stress do your brackets need to withstand. What is the amplitude of your vibration, or, how severe, (how many G's are we talking about) and the frequency. How heavy will the structure be on its own.Is the vibration occurin in a static or a dynamic situation. All these numbers related to the amount of energy released into your structure and therefor define the needed strength of it. You could over-design it but is that what you want?Unfortunately I don't know any sites, helping you with the complicated calculations you are facing. If you have more numbers I can help you well on you way.
