I am in search of some guidelines for improving a product we have by possibly using Nitronic 60 anti galling steel. The numbers I see in the literature seems incredible with galling stress being 50+ KSI. My application does not allow lubrication and the steels must be stainless. Any guidelines or suggestions in choosing one stainless rubbing against another?
