Looking for industry standard for hex flange screw (inch). The ASME B18 covers everything under the sun except this type of screw/bolt. Any help would be appreciated.

The only industry standard for inch hex flange screws that I have found is IFI-111

I really recommend recommend getting the IFI (Industrial Fasteners Institute) standards. IFI compiled all the standards into one book. They have one for inch and one for metric. They are pricy ($345), but well worth their value. IFI's web site is ------ (the standards are in the online store).

If you are looking for dimensions and strength, I recommend checking out McMaster-Carr's web site. Once you pick a fastener, you can get a drawing.
