Distance to neutral / axis plane Question

Can anyone tell me how to find the distance to the neutral/axis plane? Im running deflection calcs. on a steel tube.

Well, if the section is unifirm then the neutral axis is halfway between the section perpendicular to the applied load.

If you have a complicated section, model the section in a popular CAD program and view section properties or equivalent.
