software/methods for compressive strength analysis??

Hello-

DOes anyone know if there is software available to determine compressive yield strength from load/displacement curves or anything related? I have many load displacement curves for compression of a material and I can't easily pick off by hand where the linear region ends and plastic deformation begins. I would love a program that offsets the slope for me so I can pick a yield point OR if anyone knows how to do it in EXCEL, I would greatly appreciate it!
