stress relieve aluminum cast tooling plate

I have a 3/4 thick mic 6 cast plate. Most of the material will be removed due to pockets machined to almost full depth(not thru)
can anyone tell me the heat treating temperateure and duration for stress relieve proir to machining to alleviate warpage.
