Isotropic & Kinematic Hardening

I'm Prasad from B/lore, India, working in FEA using ANSYS. I need to understand fully the concepts, along with their physical significance, of the terms "Isotropic Hardening" & "Kinematic Hardening".
Please help -- either explanation or give references to material available.
