anyone out there know a simple formula for calculating the torque input to a leadscrew's nut to get a given resultant force axial to the leadscrew?

In this system the nut is turned to move the leadscrew.

diameter, force output, and pitch are known. The thread is a 60 degree flank iso std thread. If there is a calculation with and without friction consideration please post it too.
