I am not sure whether electrical properties match between aluminum and zinc. If matches then there is no problem if it does not match then use a rubber sealing as it is used in rivet joints. so two metals wont contact with eachother and you will reduce the risk of corrosion..

: What about using zinc plated screws on aluminum? Is there a problem with increased corrosion because of a reaction between the different metals?

: : Hello
: : zink plated bolts are fine. I designed my own deck a while ago and used zink plated face to face connectors. I can guarantee you wont have any corrosion problem for about 15 to 20 years if it is really good plated or good qualified material. no need to spend more money go with zinc plated bolts.
