Hi Mark,

I think any grade 7 SAE bolt is no different from any grade 7 aircraft bolt.
Yield (proof) strength 105000lb/in^2
Ultimate strength 133000lb/in^2

Aircraft bolts are just tested in much smaller batches than ordinary commercial bolts.
But be careful, because an aircraft AN7 bolt refers to it's size (ie its diameter is 7/16" and an AN5 is 5/16") and not its strength!!!
