anchor bolt torque values

could some one please give me the torque values for a 3/4" anchor bolt. the bolt will be used to anchor a 3/4" steel plate into concrete. the bolt has an overall length of 7 inches and has a thread length of 4 inches. i need values for a grade 3 and grade 5 bolt. the threads on the bolt are rolled and the bolt is also zinc plated. any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
