Timothy,
The shop I was once "Manager of Manufacturing" of for years was rated "critical flight safety" for Bell Helicopter Textron for several years. I promise that if you ask your buyer, or contact, BHT will furnish you with a list of specs longer than you need. .. and a fax page of the verbage of the one you need .. and a list of vendors qualified to do the extrusions. It is my experience that an extrusion vendor not knowing the specs does not have BHT certification. ...and BHT WILL require certification!

If you are seeking certification for yourself or for a vendor to do extrusion, contact the BHT quality control department, and request a pre-audit towards becoming certified. They will provide you with necessary compliant proceedures, and start you through the lengthy processes after you have satisfied the required paperwork, adopted the required quality control proceedures, and purchased the required quality control equipment specified in the documents provided.

Good luck, you are in good hands!
