New Sil-Pro Silicone Extrusion Capabilities

Delano, Minnesota: Sil-Pro custom silicone extruding for medical and related industry applications is performed inside a class 10,000 clean room facility. Extrusions are available color matched or translucent. Sizes and lengths are available to meet customer requirements.

Sil-Pro's extrusion processes are capable of single lumen tubing, multi-lumen tubing and solid rope or rod. Closed loop feedback from a Zumbach laser micrometer allows for precise control of the tubing dimensions throughout a process run. Custom tubing can be supplied in coils, cut to length, and with value added such as overmolding and subassembly.

Sil-Pro is an ISO 9001:2000 contract manufacturer providing CAD product development and class 10,000 cleanroom molding, including fully automated molding cells and complete assembly services.
