PIKA Technologies Provides New Opportunities for Main Telecom

Ottawa , Canada - December 13, 2005 - PIKA Technologies Inc. today announced that Main Telecom has chosen decided to choosePIKA as their preferred board vendor. This decision has allowed Main Telecom to expand into new markets. Main Telecom, based in Cairo Egypt, provides telecom and IT consultation and support to businesses in a variety of sectors including banking, hospitality, education and government.

"Over the years we've managed a number of large scale CRM projects for organizations such as the Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Interior, Egypt, and marketing agencies," stated Hesham Abdelsalam, Operations Manager at Main Telecom. "However, in order for us to compete successfully in the small to medium enterprise market we needed to find a technology solution that was more affordable and reliable."

By standardizing on PIKA as their board supplier, Main Telecom is able to reduce their costs and extend integrated CRM solutions to smaller call centre environments. Said Abdelsalam: "There are many call centres in this region that have under 100 seats. Now with PIKA, we are able to provide cost effective call centre solutions for outbound telemarketing and inbound sales operations, in larger and smaller organizations.
