The following chart defines typical manufacturing tolerance capabilities for permanent and semi-permanent casting manufacturing. The vertical scale defines the limit tolerance and the bottom horizontal scale defines the distance or size of the feature being considered.

Note that additional tolerance variation should be included when feature are located acrossthe mold parting line.
