With Friction Forces :

P1 for to pull body down incline:

P2 for to hold body static on incline:

P2 = W · ( sin α - µ cos α ) ; eq 10

Where:

W = Body Weight (lbs, N)

α = Angle (deg.)
µ = Coefficient of Friction
