Can someone give the solution equation for the maximum axial pull on an I-bolt? Assume that the momment of inertia and area can be caculated, the yield strength is known and the thread shear is not considered. |

PSI Applied = Force/Area. Determine the rated strength of the I-bolt and apply a factor of safety relative to the Yield.
